  • Varies wildly, in my experience. I've had responses within the same day, but others took close to a week.

Do keep in mind that BHVR does not work on weekends, so don't expect any response during weekends.

    How recent was it ?

    You get an email.

It was in regards to game bans, asking for clarification on rules.

  • Sent one the day the anniversary event started, they seem busy recently because I'm still waiting for a reply other than "we have your ticket and will get back as soon as possible"

  • Currently one of my tickets is at day 11.

  • Wow, seems like a really long wait :/ ,thanks for info guys

  • Unfortunately Player Support are incredibly busy with tickets at the moment and it also depends on what the ticket is concerning - game ban appeals will normally be dealt with pretty quickly. Also anything related to social media will get answered later as player support have nothing to do with social media so those tickets come under a lower priority. So whilst first come first served is the ideal way we work, there's other things that take priority with tickets which can leave some tickets taking longer to answer than others.

About rules of redeemable codes and have they been broken, i can ask you here but i feel like it should be dealt in privacy with support, if you can answer then theres no need to deal with ticket

  • Are there any updates yet, anyone ? Its been around 6 days since my ticket :/

If it's a question about something impacting your account specifically, then I would likely suggest to sit tight for Support, as they'll have access to the most relevant information to support you. Like Mandy said, ticket volume is quite high right now, so there may be a slight delay in response times.

But! If it's a more general question about redeemable codes, I can see if it's something I can answer for you.

Well I earned on my old account trial badge for completing 1000 trials and redeemed it on new one, both accs are im great standing, both are mine, I just switched to this one because I have more games on it and achievments and looks better in general, I've provided both accounts DbD IDs and screenshot of ownership that I am the one who earned it, fair and square, but my anxiety kicked in and and wondered if I made a mistake, no problem there, even on new account i have nearly 1000 trials, somewhere in late 900s I think, and one code for being 4 years on the fog 200k BPs, so I contacted to see if it's okay, if not, they can remove it from my account, but again, I provided full proofs in screenshot of ownership that I am the one who earned it :)

  • I myself just had my account suspended as a NEW player after almost 90 hours of playing the game get called a cheater laughed at them said yeah im a cheater totally thanks for the complement then 2 games later i get suspended while trying to just play the game prestige my killers so being banned on false accusations when just wanting to play the event during the weekend is ridiculous

If its a temp ban you were not banned for false accusations of cheating as cheating is permanent ban always. You most likely wrote something in the chat that got you temp banned. Still its against the rules to talk about bans here you need to talk with it with support.

How would i have a temp ban when i have hardly said anything in game since i've started playing have i had banter with people talking sh-t to me yes but that is it nothing more never said anything hardcore to anybody so how is it my account can be suspended without being told what the suspension was for nor a time for said suspension while having to wait for it to be looked at i doubt ill be compensated for the time lost and blood points i could have been getting playing the event
