They changed the wording. The "busted initial speed" WAS 100% haste, which is what you're asking for.
At launch it was 150, then buffed to 200, then nerfed to 50, it was NEVER 100%.

Exactly this, before you lost collision, flashbangs had 180° angle, pallets could be thrown even if killer was on any side unlike now, at this point just pack sprintburst because it's a waste of slot

If it's a question about something impacting your account specifically, then I would likely suggest to sit tight for Support, as they'll have access to the most relevant information to support you. Like Mandy said, ticket volume is quite high right now, so there may be a slight delay in response times.
But! If it's a more general question about redeemable codes, I can see if it's something I can answer for you.
Well I earned on my old account trial badge for completing 1000 trials and redeemed it on new one, both accs are im great standing, both are mine, I just switched to this one because I have more games on it and achievments and looks better in general, I've provided both accounts DbD IDs and screenshot of ownership that I am the one who earned it, fair and square, but my anxiety kicked in and and wondered if I made a mistake, no problem there, even on new account i have nearly 1000 trials, somewhere in late 900s I think, and one code for being 4 years on the fog 200k BPs, so I contacted to see if it's okay, if not, they can remove it from my account, but again, I provided full proofs in screenshot of ownership that I am the one who earned it :)

Asymmetrical game can't be fully balanced no matter how hard they try, one side will always tip over as a stronger one, all you can do is switch which one takes the turn to be more powerful

DbD is one of few games where a player with 500 hours is still considered a "baby" because it's constantly expanding, perks, chapters etc. Good thing is that you try to understand both sides like you do, to play better as killer you need to understand survivor's POV and vice versa, just keep practicing, DbD does try to switch metas from time to time to keep the game more interactive, but even with meta switches, keep in mind its asymmetrical, that's why other games that tried to do the same eventually just flopped, no matter how much you try one side will always be stronger, practice makes perfect

About rules of redeemable codes and have they been broken, i can ask you here but i feel like it should be dealt in privacy with support, if you can answer then theres no need to deal with ticket

Do keep in mind that BHVR does not work on weekends, so don't expect any response during weekends.
