Event is a joke and Jason way overpowered
The sheer fact Jason can skewer you into an invisible wall and block the exit is broken af.
All this event has done is make killers be more sweaty; slugging all the time and choosing killers that negate morsal powers. And BTW the invulnerability "buff" doesn't work at all. Never once has it negated any damage.

it only protects from m1. Its useless but tbh i’m okay with it considering how many free heals teams can get. I’ve made so many killers dc because of invisibility and the heals alone.
I dont understand why killers would slug during the event. It’s the worse decision a killer could have in the event mode. I would drool at the thought to erase any pressure they had by doing tables.

i’ll admit i’ve yet to encounter a bubba during this event.
I feel I've spent half the time I've played this event on bubba just because he works really well with the poison.
I just played as Bubba a couple times and it felt kind of unfair when those poor survivors just stopped running after I hit them with the poison 😂
Survivors use every advantage, which there are a ton of right now, which makes killer feel bad, so killer brings the thunder, which makes survivors feel bad. I played a non sweaty Demogorgon against a 4 man SWF and it was impossible, 15 minutes in, I had two hooks and about 45 hits, was just a slog and I afked.
Everytime I read "New Killer XY is overpowered" I wish that, that person will only face comp Nurses and Blights for a month straight and then get asked again if the new killer is op.
Killers always flock to events these days to ruin them for Survivors. It takes me back to Lights Out when they'd just camp hooks to avoid having to try. At least with the separate queues, you can bounce back and forth. If both suck, try not to worry about it. The event rewards aren't worth it.
As far as Jason goes, give it a few months. They always nerf Killers once the sales start to dip and they usually fall out of favor barring a few examples.
Yeah jason's ranged attack needs toning down a bit.
And the the event has pushed players in a really bad direction. They've pushed the boat out to make a unique event and I appreciate that, but the sheer power of the survivor mechanics is breeding a really bad situation. Super survivor sided powers (mapwide, handsoff instant heals for all survs? Who thought that wasn't busted?) mean that killers are hard tunneling as a response to get pressure in games by killing someone at 4 gens. It's just making the vent mad toxic and super frustrating. Like who wants to get tunneled out at 5 gens and get no BP when everybody brought toothy tortes, that are in shorter supply than event bps usually are.
Yeah comp players on S tiers with high hours and tons of experience are a totally equivalent comparison to any rando hopping on Jason and wirnning every match.
