"Wandering Eye" and "Save The Best For Last" are odd choices.
I would use "Discordance" as an easy to access info perk and probably "Eruption" as another genkick slowdown to synergize with "Pop Goes The Weasel".
But my most important advice to you is to take off the training wheels and start playing killers that sharpen your mechanics and macro understanding. If you want a strong choice i can recommend "The Hillbilly".

I just enjoyed her gameplay lol, however playing Ghoul makes me realize how weak she is. i still want her to be my first P100. i use a stupid build on her too

It's not stupid if it works. I swear on "Unbound" and "Superior Anatomy" on Mirror Myers.
Ironically i have both skull merchant and ghoul to 100 but play skull merchant allot more due to the popularity of the ghoul, how much the survivors hate seeing them, how much easier it feels to win with them etc. Otherwise im a huge fan of Rize from the anime and would probably play them exclusively if it wasnt for all the above. skull merchant i play with stealth builds. Xeno/dracula are my primary mains.
I tend to see 90% of ghouls using builds based off friends till the end and obsession perks. So i try to do the opposite. I don't have a specific build in mind but i either focus on anti healing (since they injure so easily) or basic m1 looping stuff since they excell alredy at finding, catching up to and injuring people, then its a battle of basic m1 looping skills unless they run out into the open again.
