From what perspective?
As killer they are super easy to catch (still better than the players that left in 40% of the cases lol).
As survivor they still do gens, save, heal and so on.
I don't see them as a problem in any way xD
One of the biggest parts of the problem with the old DC system is that it often left survivors having to complete extra gens, as the gen count didn't reduce unless someone dc'd during loading. The bot situation resolves that, I get that they're not great in chases and go down pretty instantly, but at least they do help the remaining Survivors complete gens, make saves, heal etc. It is definitely preferable to having only a 3 man if someone DC's early into the match. What exactly is the issue you are having with bots?
I think he just expects them to spawn already in the dying state with a perma revealed aura and already with two hook states
Bots can go either way, i recently had one that came to a gen but REFUSED to work on it on the free spot and just idled next to me until i switched to the free spot (having to walk around the bot) in hopes for them to be productive and then they just ran away. 🫠
but yeah i don’t see the benefit of having no replacement whatsoever?
Just point at the Gen. it’ll tell the bot to do it. You can command it.
this works often but not always, as this bot was already trying to repair the gen. maybe i pointed at the wrong spot of the gen though? 🤷♂️
The commands can be helpful with healing/repairing priorities for sure!
The only time they refuse to work on it is if the killer is close by or someone is on the hook. Just take a couple steps back and give the gen an extra point. You’ll be good to go.
my point is why should i go out of my way to kill a bot that knows ur moves. and just hides in lockers or gets too scared. just make it so if someone dc gen counts go down. in the end imagine not getting a "win" ( 3k) cause of a bot.
