Can this community stop being so disingenuous about why others dont like the gamemode its tilting
1v4 matchmaking and queues always gets destroyed cause of 2v8, no other modifier has such negative efffect on regular 1v4
BHVR please add play while u wait 2v8 surv to 1v4 killer option.
If I get a match then let me abandon the 2v8 game and connect into the 1v4 lobby (as the killer)
after all 2v8 is a CASUAL gamemode so no one will should be bothered if a person leaves the match in the CASUAL PLAY FOR FUN gamemode. there is literal no downsides to this

Kinda ironic how they neglect the chance to make people with large friend groups play 8 man swf, but they rather spam more into killer when the novelty of killer duo and already existing killer combos isnt enough

What do you mean? An 8 man SWF or just playing with a large group of friends in general was something they advertised and promoted since they ever brought up the first 2v8.
I hate 2v8 and what it does to the matchmaking, both time-wise and the actual pairings, but this is not cool. You can't just call it casual and check out because something you prefer became available. You'd have multiple people botting out each match.

The effect on 1v4 is why I don't really play DBD while 2v8 is on. I'll play to get the 2v8 rewards but otherwise I'm playing a different game in my spare time. It's only 2-3 weeks. It's totally fine just to play something else until it's over.
Oh man, I hate 2v8 because of queue times. I just want to play killer without waiting 5-8 minutes for a match that can last less than 5 minutes sometimes.
I hope they don't make 2v8 week longer.

which is why the queues is lacking and gapped this much, the devs dont care, the community doesnt care.
yet they shout "too long killer queues" as if adding a single new class instead of killers, would break the game and kill servers or something.
I don't think anyone has ever said that. Everyone wants new classes for both sides.
they dont say it, yet somehow, they either act like it does or magically ignore and go every route imaginable, buff slugging, buff tunneling, nerf gens, nerf survivor classes, the gist, heck, they might even rotate and be delusional enough to say "just add x killer" like that fixes anything.
its just so wierd how they are so allergic to giving survivors even any slight of content, no matter how small, no matter if its a small qol, its just, a wierd behavior i cant explain, even for myself as a biased main, i dont just ignore a side or dont want them to have nothing.
i dont just go out of my way to suggest to buff or nerf just for the sake of it. like my bloodgen anti-3-gen suggestion.
