OMG did y'all take any feedback about clown at all?!
Clown is now so obnoxious to play against. He just spam yellow bottles everywhere and catches up so fast I don't know what to do anymore! And pray you don't get a clown that tunnel because there is little you can do. He's on your back in less then a minute. What were y'all thinking?!

they were probably thinking the community is fine with haste stacking, since they tried to implement no haste stacking and everyone said no to that. “you’re limiting build creativity “ I think was the most common reason. Anyways cheers BHVR touché.
Clown = new Skull Merchant?
Whoever was in charge of this (unneeded) rework needs to be transferred to another department. Respectfully.
I mean, Clown's chase was always better than Skully…
Also this requires less set up. Skull Merchant would have to set up her drones, get multiple people tagged/trapped to have up to 7% haste. Clown can just throw a bottle and give him 12% haste before factoring addons.
Clown was always the most anoying 50/50 duelest, since in a 1v1 he would always dumpter the survivor, because of his hinder bottles. Now he can just do the same, but faster with his yellow bottles.
