I wish I knew - I am not sure to be honest, I had to put a HEADS UP on my post to say to NOT look at the comments.
When you type something, you can select those funky icons immediately left of what you're typing, which opens a small menu. When you select the third option, you can choose spoilers.
Sadly, you can't hide pictures in here afaik
