No matter what perk you choose, there is always someone who says it's OP. Even stuff like the invocation.
If anything, the "don't be injured" condition should be removed from Lightfooted.

I would like this perk to be good, but it needs a bit more. If it gave 15 charges per gen, maybe then it would be decent.

This has to be a bait.
Isn't it more of a scratch mark issue which is getting fixed in the next update.
This fix might make it better honestly, because more killers will get used to just follow scratch marks and when they are inconsistent…..
