Unable to Claim new store Orb Charms - Already owned content
Hi there,
I have noticed in the new store there are two orb charms (for Survivor and Killer) only available for people who have purchased the Terror and Escape expansion packs. Just wondering why these charms aren't already claimable for players who have already purchased all content included in these bundles?
Seems like a bit of a cash grab to ask for another $20-25 to be able to redeem these charms?
Is there any further information regarding this? I don't think it's appropriate to charge these amounts if you already have all the content.

Those are unfortunately part of those packs, same as for example if you purchase the entire Something Wicked Chapter (not just Sable and/or Unknown separately) then you get an exclusive cosmetic for both Sable and The Unknown.
That said, I do agree that there should be some other way to get these for those that did not know or something in the future.

yeah for some reason any photos uploaded on mobile have their resolution messed up for everyone who views them lol
Yeah the site is currently not displaying screenshots correctly, they all get squeezed into portrait mode. If you click on them you should see them normally.

Yeah understandable. I have the exclusive pieces for each DLC I’ve purchased on steam. I just think it’s strange for charms to be apart of a pack when you have all of the content. Charms are minuscule and it’s weird they’re locked behind this pack purchase.
at least offer it for an extremely discounted price if you already have each chapter included in the pack. Those are my thoughts.
They should do it like with the banners you unlock after buying X amount of a cosmetic collection. Just give them to us who already have everything.
