How do you access the final PTB changes?
I know how to access the original PTB patch notes, but how do you access the final changes patch notes?
Is it in the normal PTB patch notes or is there a different place to find them?

The full patch notes are not released yet - PTB patch notes are there, and the Dev Update...but not the full patch notes.
