Best Killer to get good in 50 hours?

The scenario:

Imagine you know all killers, you played every one of them a few times and now you want to decide for one single Killer. You have 50 hours ingame time to practice and then go for a winstreak.

Which one would you pick? And why?

Comments

  • Nurse

assuming you start as a mid tier player, 50 hours on nurse is plenty to forget how to play dbd and learn just how to play nurse

  • Skull Merchant. Every part of her kit essentially plays the game for you. You only have to learn basic M1 killer stuff. After that it boils down to deploying drones with the press of a button. There's no skill component to her kit.

Yeah, easy. 50 hours is more than enough time to learn how to destroy most Survivor teams with Nurse.

  • oni or dredge insult to injury killers

i think you know what they do

  • I'd say Nurse, but that requires you to know maps pretty well (else you'll have trouble blinking anywhere you can't see). So it's probably better to play Slog Merchant.

With her, you can't even mess up and you also have the advantage of people disconnecting against her, all for the low price of your soul.

I dont know, 50 hours seems to be a low amount of hours getting good with Nurse. But she might be a good contender.

Welp yea skull merchant, but to be fair, 50 minutes instead of hours is enough to win many games ;)

The thing is, she is just op right now and the nerf is probably not to far away.

The Oni especially is a great pick in my opinion.

    yess im glad you agree

50 hours of oni is great to get great with oni

  • As others have said - Nurse. Her difficulty is really exaggerated, 50 hours are plenty of time to be good enough with her to win almost all games.

  • I don’t agree with nurse. 50 hours will carry you through low mmr. But good survivors will bully a 50 hour nurse. Low - mid nurses do not fair well against good survivors.

  • Absolutely nurse

In 50 hours just load into maps with bots and practice blinks, ignoring the bots. It is doable to learn muscle memory for blinks in 50 hours as well as blinking stuff on most maps. The only interaction you need with the bots is to learn how their bodies can "block" blinks.

If you are allowed to use a map offering for the streak, your odds also go up significantly

any mindgame a survivor can do is countered by doing safe blinks even if it takes a while. Sweat like your life depends on it and even with 50 hours you'll beat every single lobby that isn't 4 well-coordinated (whether solo or SWF) above average survivors who have many, many times more hours than you.

  • Nurse is the obvious answer, but I kinda wanna say Artist or Singularity. They can get mad strong if you're good at them, and Artist is the single rarest killer these days, so they'll be less practiced, maybe not at all.

If you play Nurse for 50 hours straight, I think you get pretty far. 50 hours in total over the course of multiple years? Definitely not. But playing Nurse back to back to back will teach you muscle memory, common survivor movements and ways to play around most strategies that are used against you as well as flicks. You won't win any tournaments but you will probably outperform what every other killer could do in only 50 hours.

Artist yea maybe, but Singularity? For me personally it is one of the hardest killer to get good (and get value when played good).

50 in-game hours dedicated to a single killer is a long time to practice, especially when you’re already pretty decent at him as is.

  • Probably Artist or Pyramid Head. We like Artist kit (it's very versatile) and are Silent Hill fans (with a bonus of being able to shoot though loops and walls).

  • Sadako.

It hurts me to not answer Freddy, but we all know how he currently is.

I don't have a lot of practice nor playtime with Sadako, but I'd say I did relatively well with her when I last played DBD. I think there are quite a few tricks you can do with her after 50 hours.

  • Nurse. Pretty easy to get to a level wrecking the average playerbase in 50 hours.

  • Nurse is always the answer
