SAKADO COUNTER-PLAY

Hello, guys!

I just wanted to share some interesting fact that I find out in my last match. If you are one hit to become fully condemned, go to a locker to avoid insta kill. You might get slugged or hooked, but it will just buy your teammates some time.

Good luck!

  • Do that for Tombstone Mikey as well. He can't one shot kill you if you're in a locker.

  • If you have a video, are injured, and your curse gauge has reached 5.

If you quickly escape to the locker without overdoing it, you can do the bare minimum of work.

It's not special knowledge, it's basic knowledge, and even beginners should know it.

Yeah. However, it is not provided a full counter book every killer rework or release. We should share information as much as we can to build a awareness for beginners.

  • Why is condemned that high? Grab a tape 1st thing and you can ignore the build up.

Midgama you have to make a choice between grabbing a tape or to commit a gen. It is a very risky move, but it may pay off if done right. Also, Sadako may turn the nearby tvs off, and you don’t have much information where to get a tape from. As a result, you may take some time to get in the other side of the map just to get a tape, what may increase your condemn if she is spamming teleporting and hit and running.

I understand and agree with your point, but sometimes the game goes to different directions and we have to improvise.

if you have any thing to add that is supportive fill to the discussion, please, share it with us.

Sounds like someone who's only gone against bad Sadakos. Most of the time, there aren't going to be more than one or two TVs powered, and you're going to have to cross the map to deposit that tape.

When fighting Sadako, it is the basic matter to remember the location of the TV.

Don't take a walk along the map without thinking, and keep a close look while moving.

And sometimes, if you have time depending on the game, it's important to stay there until the TV is turned on.

The tutorial videos that have already mentioned such a thing are easy to see on YouTube, etc., so if you do not know how to deal with it, you should check it first.

Not going to claim anything about my opponents skill levels. Just saying that I grab a tape at the start and anything beyond that point is a result of my performance and the killers. I just find that I'm rarely required to grab more than one or two tapes before a match is finished; be that gens are done or Im trying not to join my dead teammates.

Well for constructive advice Id say try running a tracking perk to gauge where the killer is. Since tvs are usually fairly close to gens, I find that areas opposite of the killers location will have tvs with the best chance of being active. Knowing which location the killer was most recently also informs which tvs are most likely currently useless.

  • What do you mean, if she teleports and you're in a locker you don't gain stacks ? i didn't know that

You are right my friend. I mean if you are injured and with the tape and one shot to become fully condemned. You jump into a locker to avoid the hit

opsie! I said something wrong. You do get stacks of you don’t have the tape in a locker. However, you can use the locker to avoid the hit that will make you fully condemned if you have the tape.

Easier said than done against a good Sadako. I usually have a condemned mori at 3 gens remaining. If I see someone grab a tape, I immediately TP to hit them and then TP again to build their gauge.
