Me neither it's very frustrating....I swear I never receive emails from them, check spam folder and everything, hope I could still get the charm somehow

I just received an "attack on titan leaving the store" e-mail but not the code for the charm
No i did not unfortunately, probably never get it.
I did, even though it was a bit hard to find cuz gmail autosorted it into one of those "promotion" folders

I have several accounts with several different emails and still have not received the Ace charm. I have received normal/other messages from BHVR.

well i did it they ask for my in game id and got back to me tell me they looking in to it but no code.
3.5 weeks ago they wrote me a "we'll look into it" and still haven't heard from them so good luck lol
They didn't give me a code, they put the charm in my inventory
The print shows that I got both the daily login reward and the charm
yea same for me no code just got the charm with my daily login reward.
you may have it in your inventory already you don't know it I look if I were you.
