Unhide anonymous mode at the end of a match (and make blocking functional)
99% of people who use anonymous mode are just people who are toxic both in-game and after in the endgame chat. Since this is mainly for content creators to prevent in-game harassment, why not show names and profiles once the game has ended? Would probably prevent quite a lot of people from being as toxic.
One other thing, I don't know if blocking anyone actually does anything, so having some functionality with that would be nice, maybe so you don't queue with them. And you should be able to view who you've blocked, since you can't do that at the moment.

You can still report and block anonymous players just the same way as others.
blocking just prevents the person from being able to contact you directly via friend requests in-game.
Blocking only blocks their messages in chat, nothing more.
You still report like you normally would. You use the option in the end game screen to select what you're reporting them for and then you send a report ticket with video proof they broke game rules to to support so they can take further action. In the support ticket you say who they were and support is able to match with the player you reported on end game screen - so if you end game report Feng Min you would put in support ticket Feng Min.
Blocking only prevents comms, not matchmaking. Otherwise it would be abused big time.
I mainly run Anonymous Mode so weirdos can't find my profile after the game and complain on it. That and to stop streamers pulling up my profile after a game.
It really seems that you're upset you can't spew vitriol in their Steam Comments section, so the system is working as intended.
If someone in Anonymous Mode says something in the endgame chat that's against the rules, then you can report them as normal and BHVR will take action as they see fit.
Just thought it'd lessen the amount of toxicity, but guess people don't like that.
I don't see it lessening toxicity at all really. All it would achieve is allowing people to leave nasty comments on someone's profile if they play in a way they don't like.
Gods. I remember the early days, where any Survivor who lost left '-rep [insert excuse here]' on my profile.
I do wish that anonymous was removed pist game....generally speaking I'd like to say gg to someone or ask a question about how they did something so well.
I'd also like to be able to have a public chat agress platform...the struggles of being on console:/
I use anonymous mode but I've never been toxic to anyone. More often than not people are toxic to me because I main meg.
