Please buff unnecesary offerings!

I keep seeing people using offerings to start the trial toghether (and I almost always spawn next o everyone even without the offering) or using offerings to increase luck (which only helps for unhooking yourself or escaping traps) which is quite dumb past rank 15 (I'm a red rank) cause it is dumb to try to unhook yourself without a perk that lets you do so or not waiting for others to unhook you (give them time to do so).

Please buff this offerings into something more interesting like luck being the specific rarity of items in chests or the capability of not triggering skillchecks (would help against ruin for noob payers), and about the spawn offering, I'd actually preffer an offering to start the trial separated from everyone or something alike

What do you guys think?

  • Well if we make luck increase chest rarity then the perks dedicated to literally just that become obsolete.

Not triggering skillchecks could be a thing. It would require a good bit of testing though to see if its healthy for the game when you inevitably get the x4 offering death squad.

  • Luck is fine kappa. They need to do smth about much offerings.

  • Death squads don't exist. People do sure love to exaggerate in this community, lol. Luck defintely needs to do more though, I agree.

Just because you don't experience them often and they are a "minority of survivors" doesn't mean they don't exist.

Why are people like you so intent on calming there isn't a SWF balance problem when EVERYONE knows it and it is essentially a different game mode for survivors.

It is objectively more powerful than regular survivors. You can pull off tactics that would NEVER work in unorganized teams like sabo, hook rush + DS, etc...

They do exist. They happen enough to be a big problem. Just because there isn't a lot of them doesn't mean we should ignore the problem.

Killers control the match. "Death Squads" are an invention made by the killer failing to capatalize. Not my problem. Why are you so intent on self projecting and refusing to admit fault to not improve?

game doesnt need to be balanced aroudn your lack of not wanting to improve. There isnt a SWF balance problem. The game is balanced around SWF, just git gud. :^)

I don't often struggle even against death squads because I play Nurse. The ONLY killer where your skill can actually effect the outcome of the game without having to rely on the survivors making a mistake.

If you aren't using one of the top 3 you are going to struggle and be at the mercy of the survivors making mistakes. It's just that simple. Other killers don't have the tools or powers to actually take control of the game when survivors are grouped and good.

"The game is balanced around SWF" Wow. Just wow. Now I know you're trolling because it was shoe-horned in after a large review bomb.

It was never intended for the game (why won't we get voice chat if it was?) and was never balanced either. There are still perks that are ok with 1 or 2 but when you run 4 of it paired with 4 other people it gets out of hand.

Why the hell would perks be obsolete? It would be a bonus on the perks, what themself is based some of luck

That's one way to view it.

However, many long-term players already have so many rare items they don't care if they lose them or get more, they have a hoard.

It can only help new players, and at that point you've dedicated so much into unlocking all the perks, getting them on the character you want, and now you're taking up 3/5 of your loadout just to find a rare item (maybe). You're better off just getting one of the perks and scavenging while leveling up normally and you'll get the same results just slower.

Wrong. Talk to Peanits about that first statement, all killers have a 50% kill ratio (the required state for a "win" for killers) at rank 1. If you're maining nurse, you really have no grounds to complain about anything survivors do at all.

That's the "ideal" game they are striving towards. This doesn't work though because this mentality stops killers from ranking up because of the pipping system, but that's another discussion.

I main Nurse because I was tired of having no control over the game as the power role. Sorry if actually having control over the match as the power role is a problem for you, but that's what I and many others expect out of an asymmetric game.

And I'm still only able to do as well as my skill lets me. If I play like trash on Nurse I won't win. Simple. I have to play well and better than all the survivors did to win. There is nothing wrong with that. However, when you try the same thing on weaker killers you get bullied and stomped, as the POWER ROLE. That is a problem.
