Because the killers can't slug them if they're in the locker.
People keep bitching about it but its actually quite funny to see them yeet into a locker.
Forces you to grab them, and use their DS. As opposed to slugging them and potentially waiting out their DS for a minute before picking them up to hook them.
It's things like this that makes the game look stupid.
I thought you would know...
If you're the trapper, you can put a trap in front of the locker. Assuming they're not on comms, they'll be forced to stay inside, or risk stepping on the trap.
Interacting with anything other than running, vaulting or pallets should disable it.
