I saw a whole bunch of people asking for Fixated to make you walk 20% faster at ALL TIMES and not just while fully healed. I would really like this change. Honestly, the perk would be a lot more useful if it actually worked at all times and not just when you're fully healed. I know @Patricia spoke to the designer already about it, but if they wanted to keep it the way it was in the PTB, that would be an honest shame.
