Don't believe so, you are going to have to mend yourself before it will start taking affect. at least that makes since
I believe they only heal one health state, so they would probably work similar to adrenaline. Meaning if you have the BT effect when the perk activates it will only get rid of the mending.
An interesting question since the perk description doesn't mention healing one stealth state but healing to the healthy state.
I don't really believe it, but if the perk description is correct, then you would get healed from Deep Wound to healthy.
The perk description says "fully heal you" but it also states it only works while injured. The question is, does deep wound still count as injured state? Dead Hard works while you have deep wound active and it's perk description states it works while injured. Adrenaline's description says it heals one health state and if you have deep wound you only become injured afterwards.
Considering all this I would say it fully heals you from the deep wound state as if it didn't it could have the same description as adrenaline "One health state" instead of "fully heal".
@PolarBear Good point. "Injured" state is not Deep Wound state, so it probably won't work with Inner Strength.
The perk description of Second Wind lacks the part with "while injured", but my guess is that the description simply isn't completed and it won't work either.
I'm curious, if you have 20 second deep wound timer from bt and you have second wind, will you go down after 20 seconds or will you be fully healed?
@PolarBear My bet is you will go down.
Deep Wound is not injured. e.g. MoM also does not work while in Deep Wound State.
Source: A cocky Aven who wanted to get hit by a Legion at the Exit Gates and ends up dying (but I deserved it).
So those Perks either not work with Deep Wound or will come into effect after mending is completed.
You will go dowwn because Second Wind doesn't work in the Killer's TR, while you need to be in the Killer's TR to proc BT.
He means after getting the BT to proc (put you into Deep Wound status effect)
