New Idea for Cosmetics?

Right now cosmetics are character locked. Though this idea might not be possible with licenses, I was thinking cosmetics that can be used on any survivor.

Cosmetics that are not just clothes, instead like cool accessories. Like a Fedora or Sunglasses. These items will be cheaper that whole cosmetics.

I think this is a good idea because important events like anniversaries will now have cosmetics that are tied to all survivors and killers, not just for a few. Like a anniversary crown, have like different models but can now be equipped on all killers (Not Licensed).

What do you guys think?

    This sounds fun, I'd also love this in the form of cosmetics for items too, like turning the flashlight into Aurora's starlight charm for the exile.
