Brutal Strength buff

Reworking a @Peanits idea, I suggest the following Brutal Strength buff to help killers slowing down gen rushes and reducing loops of well organized teams.

BRUTAL STRENGTH

Your great strength allows you to shred through your prey's defences and slow down the Generators progression.

Destroy dropped Pallets and damage Generators 20/30/40% faster.

Damaged Generators regression speed is increased by 33/67/100%.

Hi Entitá! Be sure to check the spelling next time- Brutal Strength. I think Brutal Strength is a niche perk, and regression speed itself should be looked at itself, rather than one perk.

Nah it's fine as it is. Helps in chases. Doesn't need to be a generator stopper as well

@DexyIV I proposed this change in Overcharge, but @Peanits' arguments convinced me to separate aggravated regression, transferred into Brutal Strength, from skill checks penalties, which belong to Overcharge. Yeah I already read over it, and I think it's a really good buff to the perk. It's one that really needs it since the only purpose it serves is rarely seen in higher ranks

I also think that brutal strenght should be buffed, but fire up should be considered when buffing BS because if it stacks that could be broken.

Yeah but survivors can't do the same with Vigil and any of the exhaustion perks.

Are you talking about the recovery from exhaustion while running if you have Vigil? It's an interesting proposal, but completely independent.

I can only imagine seeing a gen regress back so quickly that it sounds like a train...
