I recommend Wraith with mangle and blind add-ons
Knockout, infectious fright, hex third seal & hex undying.
Survivors absolutely hate this build and will make sure you know about it in end game chat. It's also horrible to go against in solo queue. Even SWF struggle with it if the don't have good map awareness over comms.
Its very oppressive and can be used with any killer often resulting in extended win streaks before losing or drawing.
I can't stand Entity blocked generators. Zzzzz
From what other survivors say, apparently my quad hex Pinhead is evil.(Plaything, Penti, Thrill, Face the Darkness) but I don't see it because that flavour of sweet suffering only comes online once every survivor has been hooked.
In my opinion, Forced Hesitation on a slug/ basement play style gets very naughty very quickly especially in that rpd west wing basement. The one time Trickster looks like an S tier killer

i have the same build actually! only difference being infectious fright where i use forced hesitation
Here we go: BBQ, Nowhere to Hide, Franklins, Weave Attunement.
Three aura reading perks and Franklins = pure evil.
Forces Hesitation + Third Seal + Pentimento + Plaything
On twins specially, Forced Hesitation + Biscuit + Candel makes it imposible to kick victor
I don't think even 4 slowdown nurse can match the level of pubstomping twins and Forced Hesitation have.
Can you kick victor in a 2.5 second window while being 20% hindered? While Víctor recovers to His full speed thorught the cooldown animation?
Im surprised no one has mentioned a build with noed... 9/10 i have used noed there is at least one complaint of using it.
But I have noticed people often don't like double iri Myers with play with your food, trail of torment, tinkerer and corrupt intervention.
They don't cause its rare to see the endgame collapse in SoloQ, and if it is just just leave the hooked for escape.
I seem to go against swf more than solo these days which would make sense being as they sweat all match then suddenly it all goes wrong right at the end.
Impossible Skillchecks, with Coulrophobia and Mangled (i.e. Sloppy Butcher)
Doctor or Wesker can really abuse this.
Especially Doc, who boosts his TR to 54 meters when using double Calm and Distressing.
Also, slap on Unnerving or Merciless Storm if you really want to terrorize the survivors

Never touched it since, but I don't think it has changed that much.

Let's not kid ourselves here, all you really need to do is bring lightborn or NOED to get lit up in the endgame chat.
