Nerf ftp+buckle up already
While it's nice that devs acknowledged and are looking into how to deal with this combo, it needed to be nerfed like yesterday. In the upcoming hotfix after the patch on January 30th that is expected to revert some of the Onryo nerfs (poor Onryo lol) nerf ftp+buckle up as well.
I think the reason people don't mention the combo as much is because of it's expected nerfs, but please devs be swift with it and don't think people are suddenly okay with the combo.

If they can handle it by 2026 or so, that would be great.
With it not being on the roadmap (at least for the first half of the year) then I'm not sure it's going to be anytime soon, and with STBFL's nonsensical nerf then the combo essentially lost one of the few soft-counters it had.
Also neither perks need nerfs per-say, it's just their synergy that has to go. Literally all they have to do it remove the fact that FTP triggers Buckle Up (or at least not within a certain period of time to prevent downed Survivors from instantly getting up with Endurance while the Killer is still in recovery).
It should apply to the survivor who's being picked up. So the rescuer is putting themselves in danger to save their teammate / prevent a tunnel.
So let's have bets, what will get nerfed first FTP + Buckle up, or Grim embrace + DMS?

It’s the same thing they did with overcharge and call of brine. By themselves they are not an issue, but together was the problem, but instead they nerfed overcharge, and call of brine separately, which was very unneeded.
They only should’ve Nerfed the perks when using them together. Makes no sense.
I bet grim embrace. However again, they should just reduce the effectiveness of the perks when used in conjunction. Separately, they are fine.
I don’t completely agree with FTP and buckle up getting nerfed as a killer main but that’s just me.
In the same way for DMS and GB. If used together sure. Not separately.

They didn't say exactly when but since the reception was overwhelmingly negative they replied they would be reverting nerfs (not sure if they'll revert both nerfs) in an upcoming hotfix so perhaps 1st or 2nd week of February?
It was kind of funny. Bhvr was basically like "Sadako players were using tvs, a part of their kit, and that was somehow too smart, and we can't have that in our asymmetrical horror game, so it's nerfing time."
