Disabled Survivors
BHVR are great at promoting diversity with its survivors, and I'd like to suggest maybe making a disabled character.
The survivor could be in a wheelchair, which would be interesting visually-wise, but they could otherwise create a survivor who appears to be able-bodied with a hidden disability as part of their lore/backstory.
