radio silence from devs is unreal

No info about knight and no info about FOMO. None whatsoever. Why are they so quiet?

One with FOMO they don't need to make a statement about it they organized the seasonal cosmetics and once the season is over they go away until next year ...

As for Knight Mandy has already stated in other threads that they are giving players time to adjust to him but they still will do Twins or Sadoko before him in the buffing or QoL changes

  • Mandy already commented what she knew about bhvr's decision to start limited time skins. As for the knight, they said they want to give him a couple of months to get a clearer picture of his performance to determine whether he needs buffs. The next hot fix we'll be receiving won't be till January, so don't expect any knight buffs any time soon.

  • bhvr tried an nft grift, they don't give a rat's ass about you or any of their players unless they can make money off of them. expect things to get worse.

  • I mean, they don't work in weekends so we weren't gonna hear anything the past two days anyway.

Beyond that, what's there to say? If they're gonna respond, it's either corporate speak that will not be taken well by the community, or an actual reversal of the decisions made. I find the latter highly unlikely.

Cheryl you try to be more positive ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • They wait a few months after the release of new killers to observe their data. It's something they've said many times previously. Some killers have higher learning curves than others, so a few months gives players time to actually learn to play the killer so the devs can properly observe whether said killer actually need changes and where.

They wait a month or two for the changes to hit so everyone has bought the character by then*

Then nerf / buff to make way for the next set of meta products. If it doesn't sell well enough? Buff it to the moon. See trickster for details

Pretty sure we will hae the last hotfix before the year end. We will get a Dev update on the first week of Jan, however.

Considering most of the word of mouth around Knight (and before Knight, it was Sadako) is negative, I can't imagine that's helping sales too much
