Hopefully never with how boring the killer is.
Considering we’re still waiting on Sadako buffs since her release, it might be awhile.
If they did, they would announce it.
What about him is boring?
He's another uninteractive killer in loop. Just like artist dredge he just doesn't feel good to loop even if you're winning. He's the worse example of it so far since you can at least try to bait the bird or teleport from dredge, if you aggro the guard in a chase you just gonna hold W, it's really dull gameplay.

Since we’re still waiting on poor Sadakos buffs after this long I would expect we have a very long wait.
It's BHVR. They run on BHVR time. So you can expect it in approx 1-4 years
i hope they rework him completely
It's too early for them to buff him unless he has the worst killrate which I doubt he has since you can have 2K almost everygame by just camping and tunneling (this is nothing special to him tho).
