Base gen regression
Why are the devs so afraid to buff it? I mean at least move it to 200%(1 charge every 2 seconds) then they could nerf gen regression and it wouldn't be such a requirement.
Choose made a video showing the difference between survivors doing gens and base regression and bring gen slowdown.

Even if they don't want to increase the regression, the least they could is make survivors interact with damaged generator for at least 5 seconds before start making progress. So that tapping it doesn't resume the progress
They literally just buffed kicking gens so that tapping isn't viable anymore what do you want more
The 2.5% regression didn't do anything because regression 1 second of regression is equal to .25 seconds of survivor progress.
I kinda want to know the times for the other Gen regression perks

PR (Pain Resonance)
Eruption
Even mixing in Call Of Brine with Pop (and Overcharge)
But yea... base Gen regression is so low... It's no wonder why Killer players run two or three (four is a bit much at this point)

Isn't viable? It takes 1.8 second investment to undo 2.25 seconds. It's literally nothing.
Tapping gens is still viable and in many cases the right move to do even with the "buff".
Blocking gens is where it's at. Eruptions 25s incapacitation is the equivalent of 100s of regression.

I really wonder what's better: ignoring the gen and letting it regress or stopping the regression anyway, even though overall progress is lost. Hmm........
Ofc it's the right move, you don't let the gen regress. What was complained about was that kicking the gen was pointless because one could simply tap it mid chase or in any occasion nullifying the action that happened two seconds earlier. Now just tapping isn't viable, and a survivor actually has to work on the gen for a couple of seconds to gain back the lost progress.
A buff to eruption, sounds fantastic, just what we need!

Gen tapping is still a thing... but it's only there to stop regression... and it opens that Gen up to another kick
2.5% doesn't do that much... unless the Killer gets multiple kicks on that Gen
It's the same for all of the regression perks... Except for Ruin, Overcharge and Huntress Lullaby
It would literally buff eruption though, that's my point, Eruption starts regressing gens, so not only are you unable to interact for 30 seconds, you would also be locked out for a further 5 seconds if this were a change to be implemented.
