I don't think that's too hot of a take. I hate going against MD ring Spirits
Yeah but there's not much you can do about it. And the old prestige system allowed you to do the same thing.
I don't think it's good for the game, it means the game is balanced by grind instead of skill.
I have 40 Leprose Lichens. It's not that hard to hoard rarer Add-Ons
Yes good unless the game is killer sided because newer players can't get aleg up while veterans dwindle their supply grinding for more. Good for player base deterioration imo.
The problem is veterans still have huge stockpiles so it makes little to no difference
For now, sure. In 2,3 months probably not so much.
Wouldn't the healthier alternative be making busted addons not-busted, like was the trend they were going on? Hell, a lot of them are pretty undertuned for their rarity (both color and availability wise).
Addons don't match their rarity uniformly like that, either due to how they work or what they have to give up due to double edged balancing. There's absolutely no direction to any of it.
Surely you meant to say add ons and items friend :)
"The game is more healthy when you has less and less tools to play with"
What?
Idk when a lot of killers only have good/useable addons of green rarity or higher...
Game is healthier when busted add ons and items are a rarity rather than a surety.
Would for sure be more fun if we were facing blights that didnt have alch ring every single time or if swfs stopped bringing the best toolboxes with bnp every time.
1000% healthier
It's seriously hurting the game, game is really boring and unfun now thanks to pitiful BP gain, there is so little customization.
I don’t think people like coconutRTS are going through their 2000 iri heads any time soon
Coconut or people like that? Sure
ThatOneDemoPlayer with his stash of 40? Not that much of a problem.
I mean...busted items and add ons shouldn't be a thing in the first place. Two wrongs don't make a right. Blight's add ons exist, Spirit has MDR/Cherry Blossom, but Freddy has loud gen add-ons. Wut
You dont get it, Freddy's add ons have extreme synergy with Nemi zombies.
Good, items and add ons should be the spice, not the main course.
I'm consistently getting Iridescent Add-Ons, I think I'm still fine
Time to spam "Ace in the hole" to keep those addons safe.
The point of new prestige is that you cant consistently get iri add-ons. You will prestige and than you will have a period of drought. If its an add-on you use on most games and its iri. It will run out.
RIP getting Evil Incarnate if you hadn’t already.
The higher your Prestige, the higher the change of finding rarer Add-Ons becomes.
I wonder how many Ultra Rare Add-Ons you can find per Bloodweb at P100
From what i gather the difference is negligible.
But maybe at p50s it starts to matter, who knows
