Rank reset right now
No matter in Europe or US time zone, it is not 13 yet.
But right after I play a game. My rank has been reset.
I was Iridescent III for Survivor and Iridescent II with three pips for Killer.
I need an answer, and put my rank back.

i just got a message saying my grade has been reset and given bloodpoints when i thought it was the 13th cause its always been the 13th and not the 3rd.

someone edited the code and accidentally deleted the '1' in '13'
Hey I am still new to dbd , and I was gold one , and I tought I just made it to iridescent 5 , but in stead I got a end of season reward , and went back to ash 5 , is this a thing that happen when u first make it ? Or am I bugged

I got a Grade reset as well on 11/03 on the Nintendo Switch but I did get my 250K BP for both Survivor and Killer.
I am PS4 Time zone BST I am nearly Iradescent 1 in killer and I want to get there this month 😓
I was about to reach iridescent one.... Playing on steam,just got grade reset in GMT+3. Please give me my ranks back so I can get my achievements

So, I was playing a survivor game and immediately I get ranked down back to Ash 4? What is this? Aren't you guys suppose to reset it on the 13th of every month? I demand you fix this IMMEDIATELY and fix everyone else's ranks INCLUDING mine. Because that makes zero sense on how you people decided to reset NOW and not on the 13th. Fix this. Immediately!
