I don't have Legion, but why is it when they frenzy, they go for someone else?

Wouldn't it be better to continue your frenzy on the same survivor that got hit since you're really fast and can vault as fast as the survivors?

  • You can't down them while you are on frenzy, you are supossed to spread damage quickly.

  • If you're gonna frenzy and stay on the same survivor, you might as well not be using your ability. When Legion gets the first frenzy hit, they see the heartbeats of survivors in their terror radius, and that allows them to go from survivor to survivor, injuring multiple people quickly. If you were to use your power on a survivor and stay on them, you'd be wasting that potential damage, and you would still have to go through the fatigue when you come out of your power. If you're gonna do that, you might as well have just basic attacked them twice.

  • Can't down them while in Frenzy. You see heartbeats of those you haven't hit while in Frenzy, including those hiding in lockers, so are able to injure more survivors. More survivors you hit the less survivors on gens because at the very least they'll need to mend before they can heal - which is why Thanatophobia is common perk you see on Legion, pushes survivors to heal instead of playing injured.

tbf 20% of thana is not really a big deal, most survivors still just power through the gens.

  • You're meant to chain attacks in frenzy to get the most value, and your frenzy can't down survivors and has a long fatigue so it's not a good option to 1v1 a survivor with.

I mean, yeah, they power through gens with quadruple regression perks too, you just take what you can get. It is a nice perk on Legion.

  • Hitting a survivor already in deep wounds forces you into fatigue.

There are way better perks imo but ye everyone can play what they want
