Hearing Impaired mode and Spin Survivors in Lobby. 

It would be good to have a mode for deaf people so we don't have to play like huntress lullaby 24/7. Visible pre-warning with the sound?

Also seeing as its client sided can we finally add the spin to all characters in dbd? It would be fun to spin all 4 team mates characters especially if they can't see it! So we can appreciate their cosmetics etc. or have a little dance off while we wait the 60 seconds.
