She has been so inconsistent it is ridiculous. A hit that misses will land the next time. It doesn't make any sense. Before this even I didnt have any issue. All of a sudden her hitbox is complete #########

Yeah, the same way they've been making her more and more buggy with every patch for over a year.
The correct question is, "did they NOT break nurse this update?"
And refuse to fix her. They haven't addressed her issues since the nerf but make sure to remove a bug that made her fun lol
This. Always assume that any update, especially if it contains map or graphical changes, broke the Nurse in some way. It's a good rule of thumb, unfortunately.
dealing with bugs is just part of the skill cap. people say that unironically about blight.
