This is a petition for Surge to have a lower cooldown and remove the basic attack requirement, this would make this perk much more useful on a variety of other killers!

    Dragon’s Grip too. If they’re starting to walk back these absurdly long cooldowns on killer perks that can only be a good thing imo, some of them are just silly.

    It would be nice if perks like these were useful to the killers that can get some serious benefit from them.

    If Knockout worked for Pig's Ambush, that would be awesome.

    • Oppression should have a 30 second cooldown.
    • Dragon's grip needs a 90 second cooldown and a slight duration increase.
    • Surge should have a 30 second cooldown and activate on downing a survivor with any attack.


    I never understood why surge is so much worse than pop. You have to hit 3 generators in order to get more value with it than pop. And pop has no cooldown.

    Oppression too. I know it doesn't have an attack requirement but an 80 second cooldown on a perk that just gives a difficult skillcheck and doesn't even have a regression bonus should not have that long of a cooldown.

    They should also reduce Opression's cooldown, the perk is already a meme for not synergizing with other "kick gen" perks, why should it have such a stupidly high cooldown?
