Nope. It's never coming back, confirmed many times by the devs over the years.
As much as I crave legacy cosmetics returning and being added to new characters, it isn't returning.
No it’s a reward
for the people that used those BP cheats in the early phase of the game… uh I mean those that supported the game in the uncertain beginning while there was an even heavier grind involved.(no I don’t mean everyone that got legacy cheated, but I am fairly certain many that cheated got the legacy cosmetics easily?)
I lost my lagacies and i want them back. You messed up with it, devs. Accept it already and stop talking it's impossible because people work hard to get them. I worked hard. I ended my trapper grind last hours before legacies and now i have nothing.

it will never come back it was said by team many times it was a reword for player who spupported the game form start and dealt with horibble grind
The crappy part is the people who lost them because of bhvr can't have them returned even though they earned it because "the devs don't know if you actually had it". Kinda bhvrs fault for that glitch though and the players get punished for it?Anyways id love to see a legacy-like skin for new characters maybe its blue instead of yellow? Since they said they want more prestige rewards.

This topic has been discussed many, many times previously. No Legacy is not coming back and as of now, we are not able to refund any cosmetics that were lost by players.
First of all, it is important to notice that Legacy players had to go through an extremely unfair grind and they deserve praise and respect. However, there are reasons why they should be available for everyone to earn:
-Exclusive cosmetics by themselves are not a good kind of reward. They are very capable of attracting cheaters, which is extremely unhealthy for the game.
-There are countless players out there who would have been able to get Legacy if they were playing during the right time. Not to mention that Console players never got a shot.
-Some people lost their Legacy due to an terrifying glitch which used to happen back a day. A chance to earn them again would help them a lot. It is BVHR's fault for allowing the "loss of progress" glitch to stay in the game for as long as it did. The least they could do is giving those players another chance.
