When the first hook, snowballs the whole game.
Killers who proxy camp and use the hook to snowball into more downs and hooks.
What do you do in this scenario? The first person got hooked. The Killer returned and downed the rescuing survivor and hooked them. Now you have one injured and likely hiding / healing and one on the hook. On the second unhook, the Killer snowballs it again.
I hate to leave someone on the hook but, I know if I go for the save the Killer will return for another down. What do you guys do in these situations when, you seem to be feeding the Killer?
Is Borrowed Time really the only answer here? You can't rely on the other survivor to have DS.

Either try to rescue with Borrowed Time or stay on gens if you see the killer is camping/proxy camping
As solo you can’t do Anything. Swf do gens and escape, and then these killers come here asking for nerfs for swf
Yes, BT is your best bet. That, and leaving the survivor for a little while to stew on the hook. Make the killer feel pressure for proxying. If you run up and hook trade within the first 20 seconds of the hook state every time, that’s efficient for the killer and they’ll keep hanging around. If you’re a bit more patient you can work on a gen and make the killer waste time patrolling around, and hopefully seeing no survivors coming for the rescue will encourage them to patrol gens, giving you a window to save.
But really this is the reason I run Kindred and BT almost every match.
Shhh. Nice Killer's who do not camp their very first hook also complain about SWF.
Try looping the killer while someone else goes for the save.
The secret to countering this often feels bad, and no one likes it, but here it is:
Do generators.
It takes 60 seconds to move between hook stages, which is basically one generator per person. If that killer wants to camp or proxy camp, let them waste a full minute of their time and just keep on a generator. Given that there's typically a chase beforehand, you should be able to complete your generator before going in for the rescue in that minute before they get to the second stage. Heck, depending on the chase length prior, you might even get two generators done per person in that one hook phase!
Sadly this plan, and camping's only counter, just gets harder to do when people don't realize that early saves vs campers are actually extremely detrimental to the team and rob yourselves of that hook time. In that case, curse your team for being self-destructive because that's exactly what they are.

This is also why I recommend Kindred (especially with Open-Handed).
It helps communicate when someone's camping like this, and lets you know what the killer does when someone else is on the hook so you can make more informed decisions. Though, it also makes it more frustrating when you see allies trying to rush a save and rob your team of up to 60 seconds of hook-stage immunity - especially when they get re-downed or trade hooks as a result.
