For my next post being directed towards that chainsaw bro, I need to make sure I should look into him first

So here is a big question, what is all of Billy's issues without needing to remove Overheat

Whats all of Billy's issues when removing Overheat (Add-ons out of the question as Billy has overheat add-ons)

Any problems with Enduring, Tinkerer, and Lightborne?

  • They are all very good perks. Lightborn's the weakest of them if you're confident in your ability to evade flashlights, but it's still an amazing perk to equip for lols when you get a 4-flashlight lobby. Tinkerer's just incredible. Billy benefits from it more than most - he's high-mobility and can race on over from anywhere on the map before the gen is completed unless it's multiple people stacked on it, but it's a solid perk on anyone and Blight, Nurse, and Oni make excellent use of it too. It gives great info - no gen can get to 70% without you knowing, and paired with regression, you can lock down the same gen multiple times - and it also gets tons of surprise hits, because once you establish yourself as a killer with a terror radius, people stop paying as much attention to their surroundings when there's no TR up. And Enduring pretty much negates pallet stuns. You won't even feel them.

  • Enduring is a great perk that teaches good habits. It is also one of Billy’s best perks as it synergises well with his power

Tinkerer is a good perk but can sometimes become a crutch. It has good synergy with his power and especially his apex muffler

Lighborn is boring and teaches bad habits. Instead of just learning to counter the easiest item to counter in the game you can bring this to make them redundant.

  • They’re all fine IMO.

Tinkerer is a good perk that’s useful on several killers and in quite a few builds. The buff was good.

Enduring is a good perk that fulfils its role well. It’s not the best perk in the game but it’s not weak either, it has a useful function.

Lightborn is just like Enduring, fits a niche and does what it’s intended to do well. I don’t run it personally but I see others run it.

  • His perks are good.

Eduring is good with spirit fury, and is good against survivors who try to do that "tech" where they stun the killer and then vault the pallet.

Lightborn is great at countering flashlights.

Tinkerer is a good information perk, I sometimes use it with pop or ruin.

  • I think tinkerer is one of the best perks in the game, especially on killers that the survivors wouldn't expect.

Enduring is a good, standard chase help perk.

Lightborne is unnecessary if you know how to look at the ground or look at a wall while picking up

  • Assuming you pick these perks for killers that can use them properly (ex. no tinkerer huntress):

Enduring - between average and good, situational

    Tinkerer - great

    Lighborn - borderline useless

I love when aq survivor does the dumb tech just for you to grab them by the neck like "sup?"

  • Tinkerer is good but can also teach bad habits. Leaving chase to go to a gen across the map can often times where there is likely a full health survivor can often times screw you over. It's still a good perk though and synergizes well with ruin and pop. Enduring is my absolute favorite chase perk and when pallets are fixed will be amazing once again. Lightborn is more of a meme perk or a spite perk to people who want flashlight saves or are intent on blinding you at every pallet, but it's not really worth a perk slot in my opinion.

  • Lightborn has the obvious problem of doing nothing if there's no Flashlights. I guess you can count it as a benefit to not suffer from Flashlights, but you're using up a Perk slot to do so, so consider if that's worth it. But it does what it needs to very well against Flashlights.

Tinkerer isn't too useful on those who can control their Terror Radius to some degree, but even on Wraith it's better to be silent and uncloaked than silent but cloaked. Other than that i don't really know, i don't use it much. (Go figure.)

Enduring's nice if you wanna stop caring about Pallets, or to combine it with Spirit Fury. It can be really good if you save the insta-break for the Pallets where it matters, using it on a Pallet next to a window is just a wasted insta-break.

I'd rate his Teachable collection 7/10.
