Did somebody suffer an aneurysm before classifying Trickster as “easy”?!
Never has there been a killer that makes it so difficult to down survivors.
Where exactly is the “easy” part to this killer?

Easy refers to his skill floor- how hard it is to learn how to use his power most effectively.
What the devs made FUBAR was his skill ceiling- the most you can do with his power once you have 'mastered' him.
Easy to put into F tier?
The basis of difficult ranking is how easy it is to pick him up and master his potential; not his skill ceiling. They made doctor "hard."
*insert joke about doctor being hot*
I believe they judge it based on how simple it is to pick up and learn a Killer. After all, all you are doing is throwing knifes into people's backs.
Look at the Hillbilly, for example. He is also classified as Easy, but you could argue he's one of the more difficult Killers to play, as using his chainsaw effectively can take a lot of practice. Same with the Trapper. Also classified as easy, but map knowledge of when and where to utilise his traps is paramount.
Well no offense to controller players but isnt it harder in general for you guys? Deathslinger, Huntress, Blight, Nurse...
Hitboxes, movement speed, lethality- he needs a whole makeover, ignoring the fact he's more of a clown than Kenneth.
Easy to tell that whoever let this go live doesn't how fun nor balance works, yep yep
These are the same people who pass Freddy as hard btw
They were probably thinking about the diffuculty of hitting ONE knife which is easy. Everything else is painlfully hard.
It refers to how easy it is to get used to the Killer, rather than how effective they actually are.
Having said that, it's not like i agree on some of their choices.
Wraith is classed as intermediate, while i'd class him as one of the easiest Killers.
i think the difficulty rating refers to how easy their power is to pick up for new players.
killers with more of an onedimensional power, like Trapper, will be ranked a easy, while killers with a more complex / hard to control power, such as Freddy (i know he isnt hard to play, but he is hard to understand for new players), will be ranked as hard.
This killer is NOT easy at all. this guy has an insane skill-floor and skill-cieling. The dev got no clue what the heck is hard or easy. All skillshot oriented killers nearly always the hardest to master and play. To give you a clue, they say MYERS is hard. Wow, Staring at survivors is so hard. they rate Ghostface as hard, Blight as hard when he is at best intermediate. Freddy is apparently hard....
Trickster is very difficult, the tag easy is completely wrong. If everyone was good at trickster, every person that picks up CSGO would instantly be Global Elite rank in CSGO with expert tracking skills.
When the clown mains think Trickster is bad.....I don't know if the developers could have a bigger red flag.
I mean I’m an extremely experienced player. Mastered Clown, a killer almost ubiquitously labelled as almost impossible to do well with.
If Trickster is extremely difficult for someone like me, I can only imagine how frustrated and confused newer players will be using the “easy” difficulty advice as a guide to choosing Trickster.
Clown isn't even CLOSE to Tricksters level of weak
I don't think you understood my comment.
Skill floor refers to how hard it is to use- how hard is it to throw knives?
Skill ceiling refers to how good the best players are- what can the best Trickster do? More specifically, what can the best Trickster do better than any other Killer with a similar amount of skill?
That is the point I was making, yes.....
Show a player that 100% hits every single deathslinger harpoon. you will not find one. How hard is it to throw knives and be very accurate? Pretty hard. Pretty sure most of playerbase will not be able to play Trickster. He has high skill-floor as well, he moves at 110% so you cannot not throw knives and play as M1, you need to be good at using his power to play trickster well. so yeah, high skill floor, high skill-ceiling. Bare in mind, this does not attribute to how effective/strong a killer is. The killer can be extremely hard to play and be very unrewarding even when played perfectly.
Skill refers to what an individual is able to do mechanically compare to another human being. Keyword: Mechanically, NOT KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge is not skill, I can know every single card in Yugioh but not know how to play Yugioh or card games.
Floor and Cieling refers to lowest limit to play a killer well(the word well depends on individual and is completely subjective)
Cieling refers to highest limit needed to play a killer well(This is not subjective).
