Aftercare buff
It does everything it already does, but with a new addition to how it works.
After being hooked, every survivor you have applied aftercare to can see the aura's of other survivors you have applied aftercare to for 5 seconds.
So basically everyone you applied aftercare on can see each other for 5 seconds after you are hooked.

At that point why not just run Kindred instead?
Because kindred does not work when no one's hooked. Aftercare does.
Because this would be another alternative choice for when you want information when survivors are not on the hook. Kindred only works when you are on the hook, but aftercare doesn't. Right now, I feel aftercare is a little too weak and I wanted to give it more use without overshadowing kindred. The way it works for my idea is that it rewards you for being altruistic and gives your teammates valuable information when you lose it, like going out with a bang.
I don't think the perk needs a buff it's pretty good as it is
Once you are hooked or activate it you always have at least one survivor linked and it's not hard to get more than that.
It’s so an Aftercare user DOESN’T have to waste an additional perk slot on Kindred.
