That video from Scott Jund is very good also a tip, as rule of thumb on almost any window loop IF there is the option of running it in a way the Survivor will be forced to medium vault instead of fast vault go for the one that forces medium vaults.
For example the dreaded Meat Tree in corn maps, one of the sides of the window has a small wall that foces Survivors to medium vault it so you will have to run the loop in a way they end up vaulting from the small wall side to the other, it really shortens that loop life and forces an earlier pallet drop.

Yes that video is very useful for learning specific tiles - it works for survivor and killer.
Learned alot from this Video even as a rank 1 Killer. Always had problems with the Jungle Gyms and TWalls.
play survivor and youll learn how survivors mindgame, then itll be way easier to predict their moves.
