They've never been upfront about it and never mention it when they break things up by platform. But since they mentioned it in this QnA it really makes you think that it may have affected previous data.

We do have stats for mobile as well, but whenever we show stats for the core versions of the game (PC & consoles), we filter out mobile platforms.
Those stats you saw were only for PC & consoles (as with any other stats we've ever shown).
