Pressure

I hate when surviors say "jUsT applie preesure on gens" I can totally do that as legion on Badham and Red Forest stupid maps. Its super unfun to play killers after rank reset and no more mmr so every game is sweat squads.Every gamr lasts like 4 min.

  • Applying pressure includes hooking survivors and occupying their time off of generators. It’s a bit of lame shorthand but applying pressure is exactly how the killer wins.

  • Just play a jerk if you're having a hard time. Stack Dying Light, Thana, Pop and Sloppy. Eat DSes early. Profit.

  • You apply pressure by forcing survivors off the generators and throwing out the rulebook that basically exists to let them have easy wins, aka snowballing them. Slug and turn 1 down into 2-3, or even 4. Hook as many as you can before their friends get them up.

Except you can't slug them because of Unbreakable. They get free unhooks because of BT/DS. They get free gens because of locker DS. They get free everything because of DS/UB. When they mess up a loop, DH for distance. They even charge straight at you with 4 layers of protection because of how little they know you can do.

And then the wonder why there's so many Spirits and Freddies.

    What this guy said.

  • This game puts a lot of importance on how fast you can make that first hook. Under ideal circumstances, at the start of a match

Killer is patrolling, 4 survivors on gens.

Killer is chasing someone, 3 survivors on gens. (This is usually where 3/5s of their objective gets complete)

Someone is on a hook, killer is patrolling, 1 person is going for the save, 2 people on a gen.

Killer is chasing someone, 1 person on a hook, 1 person going for the save, 1 person on a gen.

Literally the faster you hook someone and chase somebody else it goes from 3 people working on gens to 1. This is why the killers whose power helps them in chases are the meta.

  • I just want to play casual.I have to sweat with billy to get a 4k.

Or why we bring the Mori now? :)

  • Some killers can, some cant. If they said it to m1 killer, they play only their side.

  • Its really dumb that if I want to play Wraith I have to bring double windstorm just to have a chance on bigger maps.Or as domo that I need that rat liver just to play him. They should make all killers have some kind of "mobilty" to use at the begging of the match and during the match a little bit more then holding w.
