Survivor Movement

As a killer you expect to well, kill people. Correct? So how is it that 180ing a killer is a possibility? You take a game like Friday 13th where if and when Jason finds you he gets the kill or the grab on you when he catches up to you. In real life a killer isn’t going to get confused if you all of the sudden flip around on him. Why are survivors allowed to make quick turns on you? That needs to be toned down in my opinion. Absolutely ridiculous.

  • I know this has been a thing for awhile now. I’m not new to this. But it’s something that i think would make it more enjoyable playing killer to lower that sensitivity a little on the survivors. Your time is valuable as killer. You shouldn’t have to put up with that.

  • depends on what killer you meet in real life. Some are lumbering and might be surprised you've disappeared from their lines of sight for a moment, resulting in a miss. Others, you 100% shouldn't be able to 360 (e.g. Tier III Myers. Spinning him just makes everything so much less scary).

You have killers that have no anti loop so when you get the advantage on them chasing them out in the open why are they even able to run circles around you? You’re the killer. He’s not supposed to miss. Idk I usually get the hits off but it just bothered me today in most of my games there has been one or two guys that just are too good at it. Killers don’t have time for that kinda stuff. Tbh if you’re caught in the open with no pallet or anything the game shouldn’t allow you to just spin around 100mph. You deserve to go down or take a hit. Just my opinion.

  • In-universe it's also your job to get their hopes up, cause that's what the Entity feasts on.

It's also way more fun to kill off hopeful survivors. Part of my hatred for camping, tunnelling and general Ebony Mori use.

  • Why does it matter if it's realistic or not? There are way more unrealistic things than that but those are fine right?

It's a game, and it's a multiplayer one so if you expect to feel like a killer in movies and stuff you're not going to get that in this game unless you go against baby survivors. DBD stops being a horror game after 10 hours at max.

They are also really easy to counter (at least on PC) so seriously, just learn how to counter them.

  • The struggle isnt so much the 360s and 180s but the point of view for the killer itself is rather limiting in contrast to the survivor.
