Fact is..
Licensed Maps Suck
Haddonfield = Survivor sided map sucks for killers.
Hawkins = Killer sided map sucks for survivors
The Game = Sucks for survivors & sometimes for killer depending what killer you play but its more a Killer sided map then survivor.
Midwich = Sucks for both sides, also depends what killer you play but i think its bad for both sides.
Fact is nobody likes Licensed maps!

You forgot one
The only licensed one that I like
i didnt put that on purpose. it doesnt have 20 meter walls like in haddonfield or any other bad tiles.
i think its very good for both sides. i like badham too.
Oddly enough you mentioned almost all my favorite maps in the game for both sides.
you cant be serious.. you're crazy man. :/
All the other maps are completely boring and stale interactions. Just spamming the same tile loop in the same way with little interaction.
Those newer maps actually allow more mind games and jukes imo. Not to mention the fact that they're indoors it makes a lot of killers that would normally be weaker, much better which I like.
Lastly, they're just simply all way more aesthetically pleasing and immersive. Most the older maps are just a boring open field full of pallets and windows...that's it.
Indoor maps in general need to be reworked imo. The flickering in the room is no replacement for other outdoor maps where survivors can see where the objectives are across the map, the radial heartbeat doesn't make sense vertically, etc. etc.
Midwich is the best map to use ruin, because you find the totems not so easily. I like it more as survivor, because 2 story maps are less good for killers, except nurse ofc.
Spine chill, small game and whispers need to be looked at for these maps too as those perks become more of a hinderance on double floored maps than a help
Surprisingly I win more on Haddonfield as killer than I do as survivor
