Allow us to exclude perks from the Bloodweb

Could the Devs allow people with multiple owned killers to exclude perks from the bloodweb. There's just so many bad perks and sometimes you want a killer without their crappy perks. For example, Deathslinger has horrible perks but is a fun killer. Just because I own Deathslinger, shouldn't mean I have to see his crappy perks on every other killer I have.

Maybe give us 1 exclusion for every 2 killers we own. Same for survivors.

  • There is a way to make them not show up in blood webs... just take em. Get em to tier 3 and never use them. No one forces you to use them. If you didn't want his perks in other character's blood webs in the first place, you shouldn't have unlocked his teachable perks.

Once you have them, they show up in every killers bloodweb and you sometimes don't realize how bad the perks are until you try and use them. It punishes players who have a lot of killers and survivors. There should be a way to turn off certain perks because they are just so horrible that you handicap yourself ever choosing them, no matter what you are building.

I'm all for niche perks or perks that work with other perks but there are just some absolutely horrendous perks that need buffed or better, let players keep them from showing up in the bloodweb. There's always going to be awful perks that never get buffed, as proved by Monstrous Shrine, give us the option to keep them from showing up in our bloodweb.

Just get every perk on all of the killers you play then? He's right if you just buy them they don't show up again. Giving people the option to remove perks from the RNG defeats the purpose of the grind and leveling.

  • Or make it that when you pick a perk in the bloodweb you get to choose which one

Would make everything a lot smoother and user friendly

If you came up with a build then it would never be farther then 12 bloodwebs away

And while it wouldn't remove the grind it would make it far less nececary

  • At that point you might as well just take it all the way, and ask for us to be able to just simply select the perks we want. I'd much rather have either the current system or that, than only being able to exclude certain ones.

I think the OP is suggesting a way that does not require a ridiculous of game time to filter out crappy perks. Even when you do take them, that is only for that survivor or killer.

The grind is the issue and it gets significantly worse the more survivors and killers you have. Devs thought Ruin was what was keeping people away? It is the ridiculous grind to get the perks you want.

  • You could have just not unlocked them to be teachable aka avoid the orange diamond.

  • I don't know. I think that a change might be healthy. What if there was a system that when you started putting points into a character it asked you what perk you'd like to find, and it gave you like a choice of 5 perks to choose out of. You get to do this at level 2, 5, 10, 15, 25. So you get to chose 5 perks in total that you have a higher % of finding in bloodwebs. That way you can make a character playable. Sometimes you can like 70 levels without it having anything good. Which is kinda ridiculous.
