Deathslinger is underrated

Honestly, this killer is nuts.

Lower TR than normal and add monitor&abuse into your build and you are like stealth myers. And he has an aim addon to reduce his TR even more (no clue how viable it is but it's just a fact).

On top of that he has such a strong anti loop ability. You really can't loop a good deathslinger like any normal other killer. You loop around a big tile once, maybe twice and then he had the opportunity to spear a survivor right after peeking around a corner.

Jungle gyms are strong loops? Not against this killer!

And yeah ofc survivors could potentially throw down pallets instantly and not try to loop it. But this is just making the job of deathslinger easier on a long run because you create massive deadzones.

Imo he is very underrated. Is he the strongest killer for 4v1? Not really. Billy can make better job. But 1v1 he is a beast.

  • What does he do, when the survivor drops the pallet on a long loop?

If the survivor drops it without looping it once it's a free pallet, I take that any day. If he tries to loop it's a free shot.

I agree. I think he's got great potential for anyone who is good at the quick shots, those are freaking deadly.

His low terror radius with M&A is fantastic and doesn't have a wind up. This what makes me think he's better than huntress.

Reloads every shot, but on the spot. No need to go find a locker.

Some shots i've seen people make through the tiniest holes are insane!

Huntress can throw across the map, but seriously anyone who knows about it should think what tracking perks she could be using and be ready for it when its totally possible, I swear I'm yet to be hit by the many thrown my way. long distance throws are epic but not reliable.

  • Definitely, I agree he’s an absolute blast to play and is really good at ending chases, stopping loops that any other killer would get screwed by, and closing distances. I just wish he had something to help with his lack of map pressure.

    breaks the pallet?

Yeah but that's an issue with every killer without much map mobility, especially 110% movement killers. Large maps always hurr

Well noticed my dudes. That's his main problem. There are enough of tgose pallets on most maps for 110%.

  • The trick is not to follow just one survivor around the whole map and break 20 pallets. Follow him for 2-3 pallets, maybe 4 if he instant drops them... Then go back controlling the gens and keep them away. In 2 minutes the map has so many deadzones that you can M1 snowball them

That one works against solos and unorganized swf. Optimal SWF know how to beat ya.

No not really, works for me everytime if they decide to drop pallets instant.

For me nearly everytime too. But not always.
