Hey devsss could you fix the flashlight bug? It’s reeeally annoying now :)
How this made it in I don’t know and how long is it going to stay I don’t know either but at least an acknowledgement of it would be nice to see. Before anyone says “looks at wall duhh” It’s kinda hard when a survivor purposely stays in an open area to be downed. Slap two or three flashlights on and it’s pretty much impossible to pick them up on time. “Justs bait duhh” baiting against a swf and even good solos with bugged flashlights isn’t really easy.
Also if you’re wondering if it can be used in chase ya bet it can. I’ve tested it and oh boy. Just a quick flash instantly blinds the killer giving them almost no time to look up unless especially on console.

They put that in as a normal feature in 2018, they actually reverted it somewhat quickly because they gave a dang about killers back then
Maybe we should remind Mcote of how badly he was bullied with instablinds when he played as Hag in front of thousands of people. Remember how that turned out? Spoilers: Instablinds were nerfed weeks later.

You can stun a killer in almost an instant with just a regular flashlight. With add-ons it takes less then a second to fully blind a killer without even timing it properly. Just think of it as old insta blind flashlights but now with any flashlight and add-ons.

Don't worry. It'll be in the game for at least a month because "That's a complex issue that we will need time to gather information on before seeing if it needs fixed."
Solution for now is just dodge lobbies that have flashlights in them
You get a new loby in like a minute. The survivors are not so lucky
I kind of want to see that again with the current game status. Then maybe he'll finally get that gens are problems lol
True lol but it’s getting to the point where almost every lobby has them now and it’s becoming more and more known like the wake up bug. Maybe i’m just unlucky but almost every lobby has at least one flashlight :/
Oooh, so that's why I had flash light gamers in half of my games last night. I thought that flashlights are kinda too fast, but I didn't think too much into it, but somebody trying to blind me for almost whole game in every second game got pretty annoying pretty quick.
