Talking about that : Every characters in the game have 2 Very Rare and 1 Rare perk (in Tier 3) except for 4 characters : Hag and Ace / Shape and Laurie who all have 3 Very Rare perks
This is a weird specificity of these two chapters. Which makes me ask why do they not change the rarity of those perks to make it logical with the rest of the game and characters
No specific reason at all, that's just what they used for the profile Icon is all.
While searching through the icons, this is the only one that seems to fall under this error. So it sounds more like an error that wasn't changed or caught by anyone until now.
Again though, it doesn't seem like an intentional thing or anything, seems more like a mistake.

Don't know how they still didn't realised this, but ok then
The comment I quoted was changed... than you're talking to me as if two people are on your account talking at the same time.
Just quote this comment and tell me what you're trying to say in ONE comment... because now I don't even know what you're trying to tell me or show me to read.

lol, ok. What I was trying to say was: I don't know how they still didn't realised that the Third seal icon is green. LoL

Oh, now I understand what you're saying.
Yes, I don't know why either... but because there are so many perks and icons to add in, it's understandable that one will be accidentally set as the tier ll version.
I can't tell you if that was intentional or not, but the signs point to it being a mistake... since no other icon (from what I saw) also has this change.

I actually don't know the reason why, I'm presuming it's an oversight more than anything intentional...but I could be wrong. I will do my best to find out.

I don't know.
Maybe I can @MandyTalk to see if she knows why this is the case, otherwise it's just a minor thing to pay mind to.
