Ghostface is the only killer who showers
Every killer showers in the salty tears of survivors
I like to imagine that the Killers have a lounge area they go to between trials. A few sofas, some tv, a fully kitted bath area, a minifridge... no way they could go through so much stress and physical activity without having a good rest.
I guess this also answers the question of where survivors shower 🙄
I'd say the legion, ghostface, Amanda, Doc, freddy seem like they look after themselves.
Maybe trapper showers every now and again.
Huntress uses one of those weird organic soaps that seem to smell worse than not showering.
Spirit doesn't need to shower.
The rest look like they've showered once or twice.
Hag never showers silly
huntress doesn't shower as she is one with nature. Maybe she licks herself clean? Or gets Tapp to search her for ticks?
Doc would electrocute himself.
