With the things BHVR has pulled on us made me really think this was them.
But the thing is, I don't think they are doing anything on purpose. Why would you think that? "things BHVR has pulled on us" sounds like intend.
This is a small studio, a small game with a playerbase that is probably also not huge. They have limited resources and they cannot focus on everything at the same time, but have to prioritize. And the biggest playerbase (PC) is mostly priority number one. That's the way it is and makes sense for a developer.
I play on consoles myself and I do find some of the bugs frustrating. But I think they are really working hard on fixing issues. It's a slow but steady process.
