The only way I'm aware of, is in the end game chat. You can click the "thumbs up/down" icon next to someones name, then select a predefined reason why you want to report them, and a custom description.
We now have a team Associate Community Managers, as well as an updated in-game report system.
With your help, we will be able to find the players who are creating a bad game experience and punish them appropriately, making the game a better place.
HOW TO REPORT A PLAYER
You may only report things that happen directly to you or in a game that you were in.
Reporting for other people is not allowed and these reports will be discarded.
(ie. Reporting someone on behalf of a friend, streamer, or other)
Fill the In-game report
An In-game report MUST be made. This is not optional, and is a must to help us identify the person in your game as well as find any other evidence we need.
Customer Support ticket?
Video evidence is required or heavily suggested for some offenses, please refer to the lists below.
Whilst you can report offenses directly to our support, please only do so for serious offenses like cheating, hacking, DOX/death threats.

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT CONSIDERED BANNABLE OFFENSES - PLEASE DO NOT REPORT

Abuse of Support Services
This includes making false support tickets and lying to support agents. Our agents are always here to help the community. However, those making false tickets just to get a step ahead of everyone else and take advantage hinders our ability to better help everyone. Penalties include suspension of your support services, up to a permanent ban of your in-game account.
There used to be a Google form for reporting players long before an in-game option was created and at one point it broke when it was reverted back to that form.
However right now you must report in-game and if you have further evidence such as video or screenshot of the incident you may optionally submit that at https://support.deadbydaylight.com as a support ticket.
Everything you need to know about reporting is linked by @antgnstea however.
You can report a cheater or other offense to the support team. There, you can give a detailed report on a player with proof or a description and they'll look into the account.
The instructions will be there for you to fill out.
@MissBehavingX in game reports are mandatory, then, depending on the offense, you can send any additional evidence (like videos or screenshots) and the player's profile to support, submitting a ticket here: https://support.deadbydaylight.com .
Tldr: This is an archived version of the DBD forum, it has all posts, comments and media. The archived data will be published at the end of October. This site is not in any way affiliated with or endorsed by Behaviour Interactive.
